  • KPIs the board understands and follows.

Growing companies

Typical problems

  • Hours lost on repetitive tasks.
  • Processes that live in two people's heads.
  • Too many tools that don't talk to each other.

What you get

  • Repetitive work automated.
  • Clear, documented processes.
  • More capacity with the same team.

Why LIKINDO

Always on the lookout.

LIKINDO comes from an Andalusian expression, “estar al liquindoi”: to be alert, paying attention, not missing a thing. Tradition places its origin in Andalusia's ports, where local dockworkers met English sailors — some say it comes from “look and do”.

That's how we work: we watch for change, understand it and turn it into opportunity.

FAQ

What people usually ask us.

Do you work with large enterprises or only small companies?

Both. With large enterprises we work with leadership to prioritise, govern and scale AI across departments and countries, with metrics for the board. With growing companies we go straight to the point: automate repetitive work and organise processes so you can grow without multiplying overhead.

How is the return measured?

Before we start we set a baseline: hours, costs, conversion, cycle times. Every pilot has its KPIs from day one and leadership gets a regular report on gains versus investment.

Do we have to change our current systems?

No. We integrate with what you already use (CRM, ERP, office suites, internal tools) and only propose changes when the return justifies them.

How do you handle data security and confidentiality?

We comply with GDPR, sign an NDA from the first meeting and prioritise providers hosting data in the EU. We agree with you which information each tool can use.

Do you work outside Spain?

Yes. We work across Spain, Portugal and the rest of Europe, in Spanish, English and Italian, remotely and on-site.

How long does a project take?

An assessment takes 2 to 4 weeks. A pilot, 4 to 8 weeks. Ongoing support adapts to each organisation's pace.

Where does the name LIKINDO come from?

From the Andalusian expression “estar al liquindoi”: to be alert and miss nothing. It was born in Andalusia's ports, between local dockworkers and English sailors. Andalusian roots, international mindset.
